SILENT AUCTION TERMS AND POLICIES

1 - Persons wishing to participate in our silent auction must first register for a bidding number. This number will be good for any following auctions. Registration can be done in our store during regular business hours.

2 - Your first bid on any item must be done in person. Any subsequent bids may be done by phone during business hours.

3 - To bid, write the date, your bidding number, and your bid on the appropriate page in the auction notebook. Bids must be at least $1.00 higher than the previous bid.

4 - After 5 complete working days without a bid, an item is considered closed. The person with the highest bid will then be called to pick up their item.

5 - We will hold your item for 3 weeks. If, after that time, you have not picked  up your item it will go to the next highest bidder.

ALL AUCTION PROCEEDS GO TO THE MENNONITE CENTRAL     COMMITTEE FOR RELIEF PROJECTS.
